It is no secret that statement necklaces are a trend this summer of 2013, it is also no secret that emerald is one fabulous color! This emerald skater skirt from Chicvona is perfect for the summer time heat. The light & airiness makes it more than comfortable for those 100+ days and the length allows for a little leg to show, especially with heels! I chose a polka dot collared shirt to add a little class, you can also dress it down with a simple white tee.
