There's something about plaid that never seems to go out of style. It add's a little extra pop to any outfit bringing a prep look to it. For today's out which I wore to an evening meeting with some clients about their up coming wedding, I wanted to look sophisticated yet current. My hair was at the end of day 2, and being in the lazy mood I was, I decided to slick it back into a low pony. I had to be careful to add the right amount of jewelry to not over take the simplicity of the outfit but to add enough to make it look finished. Red plaid & pearls could look a little Charlotte from Sex in the City at trays spring gala, but I think this look is a little less Bunny!
