Last night was sure a fashion night to remember. As the last & biggest award show of the season took place the stars definitely did not disappoint. Well, not all of them at least. I am a huge Pharrell fan but if he does not start dressing appropriately on the red carpet I am going to loose it! I am excited to team up one last time with Diet Dr Pepper to being you One of a Kind Style from the fashionistas that did NOT disappoint. Leading ladies Lutipa Nyong'o & J Law along side the blonde bombshell's Charlize Theron & my all time fav. Kate Hudson.
Both young, both nominate for best supporting actress, Lutipta & Jennifer looked dashing. Lupita has rocked color all award season so for her to show up in the "duck egg blue" Prada gown was none short of perfect. As pastels are trending this spring she nailed it with the elegant look and accessories. Can we say Blair Waldorf's headband collection is back? Jennifer looked show stopping in her red Dior peplum. Although she tripped on the red carpet that girl can do no wrong. Her gown fit her like a glove, her face is flawless, and she has just started the back necklace trend. Second year in a row, I think all of America will soon we wearing their necklaces backwards!
Charlize Theron, who to me looks like a statue she is so gorge was stunning! As Charlize usually rocks color last night she went with a black plunge neckline gown with a diamond statement necklace. I mean could she be any more beautiful? I think she should be invited to all award season just so we can get a look at her. Finally, my last bested dress of the Oscars was golden girl Kate Hudson. She was a little later on the red carpet so I thought I had chosen my favorites but once I saw her, instantly she jumped to the top of my list. She is flawless in the white, tan but not too tan, and her hair is hollywood glamour all over.
I am sad to see award season end, 2013 was a great year for films so I have no doubt 2014 will be even. I have put together a list of looks inspired by my best dressed ladies so you yourself can look like them! Take a look at my picks....
