I picked up this gorgeous maxi when I was visiting Austin last week. I have been searching for a white maxi with neon or bright color detail ever since I saw Lindsay from the bachelor wear one, the day she got sent home in Saint Croix (I may be the only one who remembers that, but I cant help that I have a major girl crush on her!) When I came across this dress I tried it on & immediately thought, oh heck, no I cannot pull this off. Shanna was with me, shopping at one of my new fav spots, Luxe Apothetique, and she talked me into it, saying stepping out of my boundaries is a good thing & to go for it! I am so happy I did because I think it is absolutely stunning! The really cool part of this dress is that it can be worn multiple ways. I chose to tie one set of strings around my neck & the other at the back giving the dress more of an off-the-shoulder feel. You can also tie both strings straight up & down so the tie lays on-top of your shoulders. Oh the possibilities!
